The Creative Designer Spec 2 oversees diverse design projects: print, digital and video. This function requires knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques.
As a Creative Design Specialist, you will:
This role requires extensive experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, maintain brand consistency, and stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
This job also requires reviewing and mentoring of junior designers’ work to ensure high quality and efficiency.
The person may also be assigned as a dedicated or shared resource depending on the ramp of projects.
Minimum and Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s / College Degree preferably Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts or related degree
Diverse portfolio with 3+ years design experience within an agency, design studio or related industry
Strong working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals
Mastery of advanced skills enough to not to require supervision
Highest level of attention to detail with a creative and artistic ability
Ability to manage a diverse workload
Execution of social media strategy
Print and digital know-how
Digital product design (UI/UX)
Prototyping
Packaging design
E-Learning and instructional modules
Print preflight
Photography and video editing
Motion graphics and video editing
Proficient in the following software:
Adobe Photoshop (9/10)
Adobe Illustrator (9/10)
Adobe Indesign (9/10)
Adobe Premier (6/10)
Adobe After Effects (6/10)
Adobe XD (7/10)
Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
