Full Time Hybrid Setup US Shift Highspot B2B Sales Content


We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to keep our Highspot content up-to-date, to help sales teams access marketing materials and calendars, and to schedule sessions to review marketing plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Highspot environment, ensuring that content is up-to-date.
  • Work with Sales Enablement team to ensure that sellers (especially new sellers) understand where materials are, how to access the marketing calendar.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to schedule information sessions for each sales team to review planned marketing activities for their accounts, and for Solution Marketing to present latest assets, customer stories, messaging.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 5+ years of minimum overall work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with at least 1 year managing a sales enablement team.
  • Experience with B2B sales, development and implementation of enablement programs, and a bias for action and speed.
  • Experience building, implementing, and improving processes and operations as business scales.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, such as HighSpot or Seismic.
  • Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps.


Hybrid Position: Remote / Pasig, Metro Manila, PH

Mondays to Fridays

8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
