StraightArrow's Creative Factory Model is a shared-services model for small and medium enterprises who need the same level of creative expertise but do not require dedicated teams. As a growing business with an online presence, you can compete for customers with companies much bigger than you. You'll need a clear understanding of your target customers and a strong marketing and sales strategy. If you have these, we can take care of creative execution.
The Creative Factory Model is a great, cost-effective alternative for hiring "generalists" on a project basis. For the same amount of time and resources - and in many cases, for far less - you are able to leverage a team of creative design, creative technology, content development and online marketing specialists for your projects.
Our Inbound Marketing Specialists are certified by one of the world's fastest growing marketing automation software companies - Hubspot - to help Clients in generating and nurturing qualified leads online.

StraightArrow begins work with a Client by carefully studying and understanding their needs. Clients contact our Business Development Team, who then ensures that a complete and accurate creative brief is developed.
The Business Development Team takes the creative brief to the right Operations Teams who collaborate on a proposed service or solution.
By carefully studying the creative brief along with understanding the Client’s business, services, competitive environment and current state of online marketing, we are able to put together an overview proposal along with our general recommendations - which sometimes goes beyond the brief. As an example, before we do website redesigns, we would ask Clients to work on documenting the "buyer journey" with us.
We put together a process document which details the steps needed to complete the project and provides an estimate of turn around time for each step. We bill our Clients based on the amount of time our team spends to complete the project so we go through this activity very carefully.
As soon as our proposal is approved, all involved Department Heads are alerted and they assign members of their teams to the project. Depending on the amount of work that needs to be done and the timeframe within which we need to work, team members might be dedicated to certain projects.
The project team does a kick-off call with the Client usually over Skype. During the kick-off meeting, the team is introduced to the Client and mutual expectations are discussed. Team member in charge of the different aspects of the project take the lead in walking the Client through the process steps. This gives Clients an opportunity to make suggestions or request for changes, if needed.
The project goes live! Clients collaborate with their teams using StraightArrow's preferred collaborative tool, Basecamp. Clients are given a weekly progress report. Requests for Client input and approvals are made through Basecamp. Clients and their Project Teams collaborate until the final output is delivered.
