Business Analyst
Overview
We're seeking two (2) sharp and experienced Business Analysts to join our Data & Analytics team, spearheading insights and driving data-driven decision making for our B2B client.
Those in the Business Analyst role will be the bridge between client needs, actionable data analysis and marketing strategies, playing a crucial role in optimizing client marketing activities and maximizing client ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborations
- Active engagement and collaboration with business users from all levels including senior managements.
- Understand client's business objectives and pain points within their business landscape.
- Translate client needs into measurable data requirements and analysis plans.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, influencing strategic decision-making.
Data Acquisition and Processing
- Identify and source relevant data points from various marketing channels and internal systems.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to ensure data integrity and analysis readiness.
- Work with the data operation team to establish and maintain efficient data pipelines.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Craft insightful reports and dashboards using advanced data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Employ statistical analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within data.
Marketing Activities Optimization and Performance Measurement
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and recommend actionable optimization strategies.
Knowledge Sharing and Training
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to educate them on data-driven insights and best practices.
- Develop and deliver internal training sessions on data analysis and interpretation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing trends and advancements in data analytics tools and techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a B2B marketing or similar data-driven environment.
- Confident and comfortable in engaging with all levels of Business Users, experiences in engagement with Senior Managements is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful data analysis projects leading to actionable insights and business impact.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, customer journey, and campaign measurement strategies.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or other similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, story-telling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with project management methodologies and reporting tools is a plus.
- Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps.
