As a Company Nurse, you will:
1. General Health Condition of Employees
- Provides basic first aid to all employees such as dispensing of medicines, BP monitoring and similar incidents
- Maintains and updates all clinic records and files
- Ensures that employee health records are monitored and flag issues as needed
- Provides needed support to Company programs related to healthy living and working conditions
- Provide assistance to employees requiring confinement
- Reviews results of pre-employment medical exams as well as annual physical exams
- Facilitates conduct of annual physical exam through coordination with Maxicare
- Handles requirement for FTW, sick leave approval and medical clearance
2. Mandatory Compliance
- Part of the SHE Committee. Attends monthly meeting and act as SHE Secretary when necessary
- Ensure 201 files are in order and records are intact
3. Benefits Administration
- Conducts monthly orientation of medical benefits for newly regularized employees
- Maybe asked to do other tasks related to medical and HR functions
4. Clinic Maintenance
- Ensures that mandatory clinic facilities are in place and regularly maintained
- Clinic management including medicine replenishment
Minimum and Preferred Education & Experience:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience as a company nurse is required for this position
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in policy-writing an advantage
- Must have First Aid & Basic Life Support Training
- Preference will be given to applicants with BOSH certification (Basic Occupational Safety & Health)
- Willing to work remotely but can also report to the office if needed Monday to Friday following US Shift (7PM 4AM)
- Must have a stable internet connection with speed of at least 25mbps (Fiber Connection)
