 StraightArrow bags Hubspot’s “Happiest Clients Award”

During its VIP Partner Party at Inbound 2015,  HubSpot recognised Philippine-based creative process outsourcing pioneer StraightArrow Corporation (StraightArrow) with the Happiest Clients Award - International Category.

The Happiest Client Award is a measure of customer happiness based on the Customer Happiness Index (CHI).  CHI is an equation that predicts customer success by quantifying inbound marketing effort.  Hubspot customers with high CHI scores attract more traffic, get more leads, retain more customers and therefore, become more successful.

“StraightArrow integrates inbound into every aspect of their business, marketing, and mission, and the Happiest Clients Award (International Category) is a true testament to their success,” says Pete Caputa, VP of Sales at HubSpot. “Since day one as a HubSpot Partner, their agency has been creating valuable, seamless interactions for their leads, prospects, and customers.”

For half a decade, HubSpot and StraightArrow have been helping customers achieve marketing success by:

  • Transforming consumer profiles and insights into buyer personas to help customers create relevant, meaningful and engaging content;

  • Assisting customers in defining SMART traffic, traffic-to-lead conversion and lead-to-customer conversion goals;

  • Developing inbound marketing plans that serve as a roadmap for reaching the right prospects with the right content through the right channels;

  • Implementing and managing all the elements of the plan from the creation of helpful, compelling and lead-generating offers to the management of lead-nurturing campaigns through the buyer journey.

  • Calibrating with customers’ sales teams and revising the plans as needed.

HubSpot’s Channel Marketing Manager Patrick Shea praises how StraightArrow transformed marketing with inbound, both in the local and international scene: “Their strategic approach to attracting, engaging, and delighting customers has not only built valuable relationships with their audience, but has driven growth for their agency and the inbound movement.”

StraightArrow’s Managing Director Ia del Rosario shares how Hubspot helped them grow their creative process outsourcing company from a lean team of 10 to a team of 175.

“Applying the inbound marketing approach and using Hubspot’s powerful software enabled us to reach digital agencies and marketing teams in the US, UK, Australia and the Middle East from our offices and creative studios in Manila.  We are our own case study for how rewarding it is to do marketing that people love.

This award makes me very proud of our marketing, creative, technology and support teams at StraightArrow but the credit really goes to our Clients all over the world who trust us to execute their inbound marketing strategies, and to the teams at Hubspot who continue to innovate, inspire and enable companies like us.”

StraightArrow's Head of Business Development, Lila Shearsmith and Head of Marketing Strategy, Czarina Ano receives the award from HubSpot's CEO Brian Halligan and Channel Consultant, Clodagh Higgins at the VIP Partners Night.
