 StraightArrow bags Hubspot’s “Happiest Clients Award”

During its VIP Partner Party at Inbound 2015,  HubSpot recognised Philippine-based creative process outsourcing pioneer StraightArrow Corporation (StraightArrow) with the Happiest Clients Award - International Category.  

The Happiest Client Award is a measure of customer happiness based on the Customer Happiness Index (CHI).  CHI is an equation that predicts customer success by quantifying inbound marketing effort.  Hubspot customers with high CHI scores attract more traffic, get more leads, retain more customers and therefore, become more successful.
